Spectators: 6739 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 0) If Calixto Somoza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 12 minutes of play, FC America de Cali's Nicollao Curueño made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roberto Cecilia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roberto Cecilia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Porfirio Marino, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Bastian Oliveros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferran Deleon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th match minute, Ichuaipana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miro Murua to maneuver through the defense. Ichuaipana's Roberto Cecilia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicollao Curueño in the 23rd minute of play. Nicollao Curueño scored 0-2 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roberto Cecilia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 29thth minute of the game Calixto Somoza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ichuaipana's Roberto Cecilia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bonifaco Ruedas got free with Bastian Oliveros in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 38 minutes into the match, Calixto Somoza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roberto Cecilia. Ichuaipana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Calixto Somoza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Nicollao Curueño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Cecilia having to interfere. Nicollao Curueño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ferran Deleon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Modestio Hornedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ichuaipana and the FC America de Cali players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th minute, Modestio Hornedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Calixto Somoza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nicollao Curueño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Cecilia having to interfere. Nicollao Curueño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roberto Cecilia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Calixto Somoza's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Roberto Cecilia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calixto Somoza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Ichuaipana getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Miro Murua hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, Ruisko Bebian sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ichuaipana's Roberto Cecilia didn't even have to move. In the 74th minute Calixto Somoza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Cecilia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 81 minutes, Gurutz Valdueza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ichuaipana and the FC America de Cali players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 81 played minutes Ichuaipana got a freekick which was hit by Gurutz Valdueza. Roberto Cecilia was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ruisko Bebian. A collision led to Ichuaipana getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Dino Pellicer hit a great ball. Nicollao Curueño might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roberto Cecilia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicollao Curueño ran back to his position shaking his head. When the final whistle sounded FC America de Cali left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ichuaipana.
