Augusto Goveo charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Augusto Goveo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th match minute, Liverpool was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Goveo to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the match, Liverpool's goalkeeper Jerico Castellvi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frances Garantos. If Augusto Goveo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jerico Castellvi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Restu Godines, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Mundo Pachistre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Mundo Pachistre's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cesar Pabon was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Liverpool's Augusto Goveo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Sandaili Balensuela, made in the 24th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Nuquí's Sotil Gaig got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 30 played minutes Nuquí got a freekick which was hit by Sotil Gaig. Roque Morea hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. When Roque Morea came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Liverpool fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roque Morea couldn't finish the play. In the 40th minute, Gerazan Alcantara made a precise shot to the right of Cesar Pabon. Nuquí's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mundo Pachistre in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cesar Pabon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cesar Pabon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavon Herrada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Mundo Pachistre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Nuquí players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Liverpool were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mundo Pachistre to make the kick off. During the 52nd minute of the match Augusto Goveo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Augusto Goveo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 51st minute, one of Liverpool:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Liverpool. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Mundo Pachistre sped through Nuquí's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cesar Pabon. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mundo Pachistre in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cesar Pabon saved Nuquí from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Liverpool's Cesar Pabon threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mundo Pachistre, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A hard shot 73 in the game by Celedonio Lucio from a close distance when the talented Cesar Pabon managed to make a qualified save. Nuquí's players were relieved. 2-3 came in the 76th minute when Frances Garantos all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Jerico Castellvi. Ciceron Petino took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jerico Castellvi. Liverpool's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jerico Castellvi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Restu Godines in the 83rd minute of play. Cesar Pabon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mundo Pachistre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cesar Pabon stood somewhat misplaced when Mundo Pachistre came free in front of goal and shot 2-4 to the left of him in the 87 minute. Nuquí's Cesar Pabon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Nuquí from getting a goal against them. The Nuquí fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Liverpool were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
