The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ospetsu Landeras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Lucio Güerga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, Germano Aguilar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ucuatoque's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BARCELONA FC the free kick. In the 25th minute, Germano Aguilar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ospetsu Landeras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Lucio Güerga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xuban Olavarria got free with Ximenes Betoño in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute, Rosalio Carbezo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cloyo Cosio's late challenge caught a BARCELONA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cloyo Cosio helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ucuatoque getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Cloyo Cosio hit a great ball. In the 44th minute, Ucuatoque's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Xuban Olavarria fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After having played for 56 minutes, Ospetsu Landeras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ucuatoque's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ospetsu Landeras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 58 played minutes BARCELONA FC got a freekick which was hit by Stefano Poladura. In the 64th minute, Germano Aguilar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Ucuatoque getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Germano Aguilar hit a great ball. BARCELONA FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ado Gaceo in the 69th minute. With his leg Lucio Güerga managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when Ucuatoque's Rosalio Carbezo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Ospetsu Landeras fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ucuatoque's protests and gave Ospetsu Landeras a yellow card for diving instead. Rosalio Carbezo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Lucio Güerga made a huge save. After 85 minutes, Roderigo Camero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BARCELONA FC and the Ucuatoque players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ucuatoque booed when BARCELONA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roderigo Camero didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Ucuatoque's Bastia Afonte tried to score from far away in the 86th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Germano Aguilar hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. BARCELONA FC's Roderigo Camero got his second yellow card of the match in the 90th minute. The referee ordered Roderigo Camero off the ground. Rosalio Carbezo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Lucio Güerga skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match was over Ucuatoque could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BARCELONA FC throughout the match.
