After 76 minutes, Frichoso Chapa made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. París Saint Germán Fc's Txilar Camargo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Frichoso Chapa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Txilar Camargo having to make a save. When Jimeno Cortinez came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Independiente del Huila fans jumped to their feet. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frichoso Chapa in the 92nd minute of play forced París Saint Germán Fc's goalkeeper Txilar Camargo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Txilar Camargo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Cortinez in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that Independiente del Huila were the better team. Independiente del Huila's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
