Epifanio Castrillon hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Chorche Teberga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isauro Ruescas in the 21st minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Fernando Cimbron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Bernardino Llibre fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored los chavalos's protests and gave Bernardino Llibre a yellow card for diving instead. Chorche Teberga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Botas, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Tristan Capistrano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mark Calonge having to interfere. Osvaldo Botas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The los chavalos fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Guachane were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
