Xacintu Ribeiro scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomas Carradelo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th minute Xacintu Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Carradelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Guillem Jordan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xacintu Ribeiro scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomas Carradelo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adam Czubski scored 0-3 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomas Carradelo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Turan Adar's late challenge caught a Atlético Bucaramanga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sotero Abrea didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Xacintu Ribeiro sped through Clube Regatas Flamengo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tomas Carradelo. 38 minutes into the game, Bernaldo Huerta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Clube Regatas Flamengo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlético Bucaramanga the free kick. After a rather tough play, Clube Regatas Flamengo's Bernaldo Huerta got a free kick in the 38th minute. Tomas Carradelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xacintu Ribeiro in the 45th minute of the match. After 48 minutes of play, Atlético Bucaramanga's Xacintu Ribeiro made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomas Carradelo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Atlético Bucaramanga were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xacintu Ribeiro was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Xacintu Ribeiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomas Carradelo. Clube Regatas Flamengo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xacintu Ribeiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. In the 59th match minute, Clube Regatas Flamengo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Armada to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Carradelo made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Xacintu Ribeiro sent off a good shot on target. In the 64th minute Xacintu Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Carradelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Carradelo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. In the 75th match minute, Clube Regatas Flamengo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Bue to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute Xacintu Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Carradelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Carradelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Czubski, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After 88 played minutes Clube Regatas Flamengo got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Bue. 89 minutes into the game, Xacintu Ribeiro lined in a short shot 0-10 behind a frustrated Tomas Carradelo. Xacintu Ribeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Clube Regatas Flamengo's Tomas Carradelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xacintu Ribeiro in the 94th minute of play. Hernando Harroyo might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomas Carradelo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hernando Harroyo ran back to his position shaking his head. 95 minutes into the game, Xacintu Ribeiro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tomas Carradelo. Xacintu Ribeiro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. Atlético Bucaramanga played a much better game than Clube Regatas Flamengo and deserved their victory. The Clube Regatas Flamengo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
