With a little luck, Unikurdos United F.C.'s Sesuldo Teijelo got control of the ball when Fabio Collante tried to sneak it across the goal line. After taking down the ball on Guaparo FC's corner Fabio Collante fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sesuldo Teijelo quite easily take care of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Senon Malta to make the kick off.
