Zachary Lackey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Murdock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. South Glens Falls's Edward Harrison got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Cupertino getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Karl Fish hit a great ball. Zachary Lackey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of William Murdock's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Cupertino's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
