Spectators: 7672 (Terracing: 5831, Seating: 1788, VIP seats: 53) Centurions FC's Juan Cates started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Centurions FC's goalkeeper Lázaro Criston had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renato Hodge. 5 minutes into the match, Centurions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Connell came free, but Lázaro Criston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Centurions FC's Juan Cates got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind la realesa's goalkeeper Neil Robbins, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 14 minutes of play, Centurions FC's Juan Cates made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Neil Robbins was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arthur Connell hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. If Juan Cates had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sid Lester's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Neil Robbins read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Neil Robbins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Sawyer in the 24th minute of play. Arthur Connell charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arthur Connell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arthur Connell kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. When Juan Cates came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Centurions FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Cates couldn't finish the play. After 30 minutes of play la realesa's Arthur Connell was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Arthur Connell kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Juan Cates recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Juan Cates had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, la realesa's Jack Ramos got a free kick in the 39th minute. Centurions FC's Juan Cates got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Will Sharpe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 45 played minutes la realesa got a freekick which was hit by Ralph Martin. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Renato Hodge to strike the kick off in the second half. Will Sharpe hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute, la realesa's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Juan Cates fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a little luck, la realesa's Neil Robbins got control of the ball when Juan Cates tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st minute, Sebastian Schmitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute of the match Patrick Greenberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Neil Robbins showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 63 minutes into the match, la realesa's goalkeeper Neil Robbins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Cates. The supporters of la realesa booed when Centurions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ty McCullough didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Juan Cates had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Kurt Sawyer got free in front of the goal in the 73rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Neil Robbins was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 79 minutes into the game, Ralph Martin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. la realesa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Centurions FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, la realesa's Ralph Martin got a free kick in the 79th minute. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Juan Cates took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Neil Robbins to make any attempt to save it. After 87 played minutes Centurions FC got a freekick which was hit by Ty McCullough. In the 90th minute Kurt Sawyer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Neil Robbins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sid Lester received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Neil Robbins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juan Cates struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Neil Robbins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Centurions FC. Centurions FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
