After 10 played minutes Arslanian FC got a freekick which was hit by Willie Knapp. Stefan Clemons took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Odell Cates, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, West Side Highway FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ronny McRae came free, but Stefan Clemons reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Willie Knapp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Clemons having to interfere. If Willie Knapp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Willie Knapp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Stefan Clemons tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the game, Ray Jacobsen threw the ball into play from the sideline. West Side Highway FC's Ned Yu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jason Schulz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, Arslanian FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willie Knapp to maneuver through the defense. Odell Cates charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Odell Cates the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Arslanian FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Odell Cates hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Arslanian FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ricky Kincaid came free, but Lucero Antoine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 62nd minute by Odell Cates got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to West Side Highway FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Jarod Dudley hit a great ball. Odell Cates hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Ronny McRae hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 85th match minute, West Side Highway FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ned Yu to maneuver through the defense. Willie Knapp was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 91st minute. Arslanian FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The throw-in from Ray Jacobsen in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by West Side Highway FC's Ned Yu. Ray Jacobsen hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
