Spectators: 6766 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marcellus Atkins kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Buitres F.C.'s zone, Titus Abbott stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Asher Sylvester came out of the goal and Titus Abbott tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The attack was good, but when Keith Steward in the 14th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 18th minute Marcellus Atkins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Garrett Horne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lance Crowe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Asher Sylvester made a huge save. Titus Abbott sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Garrett Horne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcellus Atkins in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keith Steward in the 25th minute of play forced Buitres F.C.'s goalkeeper Asher Sylvester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When East Moriches AFC's Keith Steward in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Buitres F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. King Altman was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 34 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in East Moriches AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! Lance Crowe hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Donnie Orlinsky recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Titus Abbott hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Marcellus Atkins put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Garrett Horne. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Keith Steward made a kick off. When Alex Bernier came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the East Moriches AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Bernier couldn't finish the play. Alex Bernier struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Asher Sylvester didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for East Moriches AFC. Asher Sylvester took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Bernier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Asher Sylvester came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by East Moriches AFC's Keith Steward. But to his dismay, Keith Steward quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Keith Steward in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Asher Sylvester prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 70th minute, Titus Abbott got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Keith Steward had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 72 minutes, Titus Abbott managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. East Moriches AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Titus Abbott was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Keith Steward received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Asher Sylvester tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. East Moriches AFC's Garrett Horne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcellus Atkins in the 78th minute of play. Garrett Horne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcellus Atkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
