The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Scotty Castro helped the player get up and apologised. Scotty Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Rodger Voss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurtis Simons, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. When Stan Johnston fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fenerbahce SK's protests and gave Stan Johnston a yellow card for diving instead. After 9 played minutes Fenerbahce SK got a freekick which was hit by Stan Johnston. Orville Gillis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claudio Avalos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Clifford Didlick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodger Voss having to interfere. Rodger Voss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nathanial Sutherland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodger Voss made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nathanial Sutherland in the 25th minute. Claudio Avalos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orville Gillis in the 26th minute of the match. Kurtis Simons received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Rodger Voss tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Fenerbahce SK booed when Futura FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roderick Golden didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 31 played minutes Fenerbahce SK got a freekick which was hit by Kareem Sandoval. The audience was convinced that Orville Gillis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudio Avalos was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 35th minute, Orville Gillis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 36 played minutes Fenerbahce SK got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Howard. Nathanial Sutherland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Rodger Voss made a huge save. The throw-in from Benedict Pelletier in the 46th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fenerbahce SK's Stan Johnston. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Orville Gillis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Roderick Hendrickson hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Claudio Avalos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orville Gillis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Futura FC's goal looked a bit too open when Clifford Didlick came free, but Rodger Voss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Ervin Lowry notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Futura FC's Rodger Voss. Rodger Voss was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rodger Voss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nathanial Sutherland in the 67th minute of play. After 69 minutes, Rocky Wilkins mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Futura FC and the Fenerbahce SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd minute, Nathanial Sutherland ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rodger Voss was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nathanial Sutherland in the 77th minute of play forced Futura FC's goalkeeper Rodger Voss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Stan Johnston in the 80th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Futura FC's Benedict Pelletier. The attack was good, but when Nathanial Sutherland in the 83rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 85th minute, Romeo Howard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rodger Voss was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. When the referee ended the match the Fenerbahce SK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
