Buna's supporters rose to their feet, but Rene Riddle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramiro Curran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Manchester City Fútbol Cl booed when Buna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Garry Whitfield didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Fletcher Finney fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buna's protests and gave Fletcher Finney a yellow card for diving instead. Fletcher Finney kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. With a little luck, Buna's Scotty Rasmussen got control of the ball when Boro Kalezić tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eric Holbrook hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Noel Hightower kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Scotty Rasmussen. That made the score 1-1 in the 27 minute of play. After having played for 30 minutes, Tom Tobin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tom Tobin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Buna booed when Manchester City Fútbol Cl was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quinton Romero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tom Tobin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Curran having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Tom Tobin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Scotty Rasmussen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boro Kalezić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Boro Kalezić to strike the kick off in the second half. Eric Holbrook charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eric Holbrook the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Manchester City Fútbol Cl getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Eric Holbrook hit a great ball. After having played for 59 minutes, Bryan Magee managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bryan Magee was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dylan Rhodes made in the 61st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Quinton Romero. Scotty Rasmussen came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Manchester City Fútbol Cl's Noel Hightower. But to his dismay, Noel Hightower quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Buna's Scotty Rasmussen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boro Kalezić in the 71st minute of play. Tom Tobin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Manchester City Fútbol Cl's Boro Kalezić got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Fletcher Finney hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Scotty Rasmussen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boro Kalezić in the 81st minute of play. Ramiro Curran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tom Tobin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Scotty Rasmussen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boro Kalezić in the 91st minute of the match. Boro Kalezić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Scotty Rasmussen having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Buna players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Manchester City Fútbol Cl.
