Brant Palacios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Huber in the 26th minute of the match. In the 31st match minute, L.A. Wolves F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willy Elkins to maneuver through the defense. After 32 minutes, Rick Blackman made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. L.A. Wolves F.C's Brant Palacios tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Rick Blackman sped through L.A. Wolves F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Brant Palacios. 45 minutes into the game, North Atla's Leo Huber nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brant Palacios made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. North Atla's Tuan Napier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Blackburn in the 48th minute of play.

Rick Blackman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Brant Palacios made a huge save. Andy Roberson scored 1-3 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tuan Napier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Brant Palacios stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leo Huber's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. After some careless play in the L.A. Wolves F.C defense, Rick Blackman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brant Palacios. The L.A. Wolves F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brant Palacios should have stopped the shot. 65 minutes into the game, Chad Hare was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. North Atla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave L.A. Wolves F.C the free kick. After a rather tough play, North Atla's Chad Hare got a free kick in the 66th minute. 76 minutes into the match, L.A. Wolves F.C's goalkeeper Brant Palacios had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rick Blackman. 80 minutes into the game, one of L.A. Wolves F.C:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Brant Palacios had in the 82ndth minute some difficulties stopping Leo Huber's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 84th minute, Andy Roberson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brant Palacios was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Leo Huber capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leo Huber really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. North Atla's Rick Blackman came free and shot a quick shot against goal 91 minutes in the game, fortunately Brant Palacios had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Wolves F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. North Atla were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
