Seating: 1837, VIP seats: 159) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Merrill Justice got the match started through his kick off. Quentin Belanger kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Merrill Justice in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Quinton Sewell saved Alden from getting behind. When Carlos Dobbs fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alden's protests and gave Carlos Dobbs a yellow card for diving instead. In the 6th match minute, Alden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Dobbs to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute, Merrill Justice reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Quinton Sewell. The goal made the score 1-0. Owen Baker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abe Bellamy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Abe Bellamy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net.
