In the 12th minute, Jacob Knapp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ed Zaragoza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jacob Knapp charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacob Knapp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Jaya Fc booed when Miami Gators was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacob Knapp didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Jaya Fc's Mckinley Adkins got a free kick in the 34th minute. Merrill Justice received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Aaron Ramsdal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Milo Winn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the game, one of Jaya Fc:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Miami Gators a penalty, 48 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Milo Winn, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Jaya Fc's Aaron Ramsdal. 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Merrill Justice was the one to do the kick off. Aaron Ramsdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milo Winn in the 53rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramiro Workman during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Miami Gators getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Ramiro Workman hit a great ball. If Ed Zaragoza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 60th minute, Bart Cartwright hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute, Jaya Fc's Ed Zaragoza ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Owen Baker. Owen Baker yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Aaron Ramsdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Merrill Justice, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Ramiro Workman made in the 74th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Jaya Fc's Winfred Dickens. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milo Winn in the 77th minute of play forced Jaya Fc's goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christopher Fritz hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Aaron Ramsdal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milo Winn in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Ramiro Workman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Miami Gators booed when Jaya Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ed Zaragoza didn't get a good kick on the ball.
