With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rufus Bryant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 25th play minutes Fred Kirkpatrick shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Rufus Bryant and just under the crossbar into goal. Fred Kirkpatricks short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Rufus Bryant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mugurel Balaeț succeeded in the game's 32nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mugurel Balaeț in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rufus Bryant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rufus Bryant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugurel Balaeț, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 45 minutes, Fred Kirkpatrick made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Green Machine's Rufus Bryant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mugurel Balaeț made a kick off. The referee felt a red card was in order, 51 minutes into the game, when Belmiro Jacinto put in a rough tackle. After 50 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Green Machine! Leonardo Lane placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Rufus Bryant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fred Kirkpatrick's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute, Ronaldo Gordo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rufus Bryant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Kirkpatrick, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Rufus Bryant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mugurel Balaeț's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Troy Croft in the 61st minute of play forced Zamalek FC's goalkeeper Rhys Dimmock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rufus Bryant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugurel Balaeț in the 79th minute of the match. After 80 minutes Green Machine's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fred Kirkpatrick who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Zamalek FC's Fred Kirkpatrick to fire away a dangerous shot which Rufus Bryant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fred Kirkpatrick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rufus Bryant having to interfere. Rufus Bryant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jann Bernickow in the 87th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wesley Daniel during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wesley Daniel hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Rufus Bryant didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Zamalek FC's Mugurel Balaeț shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 9-0 in the ordered_time% minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mugurel Balaeț in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rufus Bryant saved Green Machine from getting behind. Daron Joseph recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Zamalek FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
