The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. El Bobsled's Domingo Uster played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Björn Magnusson in the 3rd minute of play. Kareem Stoddard scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Domingo Uster, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 9th minute, Kareem Stoddard made a precise shot to the right of Domingo Uster. El Bobsled's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Joaquin Haines kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Vicente Rafferty could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Domingo Uster made a huge save. 16 minutes into the match, El Bobsled's goalkeeper Domingo Uster had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vicente Rafferty. In the 23rd minute, Vicente Rafferty got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vicente Rafferty could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Domingo Uster made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Vicente Rafferty kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Domingo Uster. That made the score 5-0 in the 29 minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Bart Yates was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Bobsled's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Charlotte FC the free kick. With a little luck, El Bobsled's Domingo Uster got control of the ball when Kareem Stoddard tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 38th minute, Vicente Rafferty reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Domingo Uster. The goal made the score 6-0. El Bobsled's Domingo Uster proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save El Bobsled from getting a goal against them. A collision led to El Bobsled getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Jacob Enriquez hit a great ball. With a little luck, El Bobsled's Domingo Uster got control of the ball when Vicente Rafferty tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Vicente Rafferty made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Haines in the 51st minute of play forced Charlotte FC's goalkeeper Clemente Clemente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacob Enriquez kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Björn Magnusson made a precise shot to the right of Domingo Uster. El Bobsled's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Vicente Rafferty managed to get in a good position for a shot. Charlotte FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vicente Rafferty was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingo Uster breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vicente Rafferty received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Domingo Uster tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jacob Enriquez fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Bobsled's protests and gave Jacob Enriquez a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Charlotte FC booed when El Bobsled was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacob Enriquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Björn Magnusson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wander Suzanne in the 73rd minute of play forced El Bobsled's goalkeeper Domingo Uster to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sydney Aldrich sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clemente Clemente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Haines in the 78th minute of the match. Domingo Uster showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ari Currie, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 82nd minute, Jacob Enriquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute, Dallas Bowling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Domingo Uster came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Charlotte FC's Kaja Jamak. But to his dismay, Kaja Jamak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. In the 92nd minute, Ari Currie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domingo Uster was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. 95 minutes into the game, Charlotte FC's Björn Magnusson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Domingo Uster made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0.
