In the 26th match minute, Lincolnwood was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 张杰凡 to maneuver through the defense. Eldon Potts kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heriberto Rudd in the 31st minute of play forced Scum Utd's goalkeeper Ferdinand Crenshaw to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Wilmer Martinez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Kevin Hare fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lincolnwood's protests and gave Kevin Hare a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Scum Utd booed when Lincolnwood was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Hare didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marshall Branch succeeded in the game's 82nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. After 85 played minutes Lincolnwood got a freekick which was hit by Filip Adelstorp. In the 88th minute, Lincolnwood's Heriberto Rudd dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lincolnwood would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
