East Millcreek FC's Marquis Otto was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 20th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Stacey Banning blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Troy Hutchins having to make a save. Troy Hutchins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stacey Banning, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. East Millcreek FC's Troy Hutchins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bon Scott in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Bon Scott shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Troy Hutchins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bon Scott in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Troy Hutchins saved East Millcreek FC from getting behind. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bon Scott made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Bon Scott kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Troy Hutchins. That made the score 1-2 in the 53 minute of play. Peiter Erhardt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rudolph Whaley, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Peiter Erhardt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blake Aguilar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stan Bowling made in the 64th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by River tu grato nombre's Hipolito Dalmau. Stan Bowling got a throw-in 65 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Rudolph Whaley. 68 minutes into the match, River tu grato nombre's goal looked a bit too open when Kenny McLean came free, but Peiter Erhardt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peiter Erhardt came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by East Millcreek FC's Kenny McLean. But to his dismay, Kenny McLean quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. East Millcreek FC made a substitution. Vincenzo Cooper replaced Edgar Paul. East Millcreek FC's Brant McGowan was substituted for Marquis Otto. Peiter Erhardt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rudolph Whaley in the 76th minute of play. Brant McGowan took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peiter Erhardt. Peiter Erhardt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 84th minute, River tu grato nombre's Stacey Banning ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Troy Hutchins. Troy Hutchins yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-3. The supporters of East Millcreek FC booed when River tu grato nombre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Dalmau didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the game, Stacey Banning lined in a short shot 3-4 behind a frustrated Troy Hutchins. After 95 minutes East Millcreek FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Porter Mansfield who took care of the corner kick. When the final whistle went the supporters of River tu grato nombre were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant East Millcreek FC side.
