Chisholm Rookie's Danial McDermott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kerry Sellers in the 8th minute of play. Danial McDermott made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sid Chadwick in the 12th minute of play. Danial McDermott didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Garth Gould went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kerry Sellers in the 19th minute of play forced Chisholm Rookie's goalkeeper Danial McDermott to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Chisholm Rookie's Adolfo Dorsey sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Farid Mondragón narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Farid Mondragón showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Dorsey, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Danial McDermott took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kerry Sellers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the game, C. A. Independiente's Kerry Sellers nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Danial McDermott made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. 40 minutes into the match, C. A. Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when 石博震 came free, but Farid Mondragón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tommie Bolton to strike the kick off in the second half. Farid Mondragón made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Landon Rowan in the 57th minute of play. Chisholm Rookie's Danial McDermott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kerry Sellers in the 61st minute of play. Danial McDermott took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kerry Sellers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Danial McDermott showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sid Chadwick in the 64th minute of the match. Tommie Bolton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danial McDermott made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sid Chadwick in the 67th minute of play. Farid Mondragón showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Connor Christie in the 77th minute of the match. After 78 minutes C. A. Independiente's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jackson Caballero who took care of the corner kick. Jackson Caballero made a great header on Chisholm Rookie's corner, it was just that C. A. Independiente's Farid Mondragón managed to reach the ball for a save. Kerry Sellers blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Danial McDermott having to make a save. 84 minutes into the match, Chisholm Rookie's goal looked a bit too open when Kerry Sellers came free, but Danial McDermott reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Sid Chadwick ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Danial McDermott was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. In the 90th minute, Kerry Sellers made a precise shot to the right of Danial McDermott. Chisholm Rookie's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. C. A. Independiente had won after a very even match.
