Tomás Cuminao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. George Sharpe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. George Sharpe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Danny Khan's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. In the 9thth minute of the game Nalini Maharaj who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Одеська академія's George Sharpe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Одеська академія's zone, Nalini Maharaj stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. George Sharpe came out of the goal and Nalini Maharaj tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. George Sharpe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomás Cuminao's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Franklin Yankaran succeeded in the game's 14th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, Nalini Maharaj notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Одеська академія's George Sharpe. George Sharpe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. George Sharpe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomás Cuminao went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Nalini Maharaj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Sharpe having to interfere. George Sharpe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard de Boissièrre, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. George Sharpe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nalini Maharaj's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Keon Rougier was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ancil Bradley showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 31 minute of play. After some careless play in the Одеська академія defense, Tomás Cuminao kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of George Sharpe. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 47 minutes into the match, Одеська академія's goal looked a bit too open when Nalini Maharaj came free, but George Sharpe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Seiseki were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomás Cuminao was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Nizam Laronde had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Keon Rougier. Seiseki's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nizam Laronde was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. Nalini Maharaj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Cuminao in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Sharpe saved Одеська академія from getting behind. Danny Khan was extremely unlucky when he, in the 65th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. George Sharpe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danny Khan in the 66th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Seiseki defense, Wilmoth Roberts kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Keon Rougier. The Seiseki fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keon Rougier should have stopped the shot. With his leg George Sharpe managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Seiseki's Nalini Maharaj fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the Одеська академія defense, Richard de Boissièrre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of George Sharpe. The Одеська академія fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that George Sharpe should have stopped the shot. George Sharpe was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nalini Maharaj showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-8 in the 83 minute of play. In the 90th minute, Danny Mathura made a precise shot to the right of Keon Rougier. Seiseki's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-8. After having played for 93 minutes, Danny Mathura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Одеська академія's supporters crossed their fingers, but Danny Mathura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Seiseki's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
