Fergani Camus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelaziz Mihoubi, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Ahmed Sadmi did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Smail Zaoui 36 minutes into the match. Cotuit AFC were furious when Hamid Nabil was red carded, 40 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cotuit AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Adja FC a penalty, 42 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Boudjemaa Diss, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cotuit AFC's Smail Zaoui. 3-0. 47 minutes into the match, Noureddine Fergani had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fergani Camus. Adja FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Noureddine Fergani was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ahmed Sadmi to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Cotuit AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fodil Schoonmaker to maneuver through the defense. Smail Zaoui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mourad Raho in the 59th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Ahmed Sadmi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Smail Zaoui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fergani Camus was a little too slow when Abdelaziz Mihoubi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 3-2. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cotuit AFC's goalkeeper Smail Zaoui, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fergani Camus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdelaziz Mihoubi in the 71st minute. After 72 played minutes Adja FC got a freekick which was hit by Faouzi Fari. Fergani Camus was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tayeb Azzizi-Kettab. 78 minutes into the match, Adja FC's Mourad Raho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Smail Zaoui narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mourad Raho in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Smail Zaoui saved Cotuit AFC from getting behind. Mourad Raho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Smail Zaoui having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, Cotuit AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehdi Boulmerka to maneuver through the defense. 94 minutes into the match, Cotuit AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mourad Raho came free, but Smail Zaoui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adja FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
