Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mehdi Belhadj made the kick off which started today's match. When Smail Hadj Aïssa came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Pembroke Pines FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Smail Hadj Aïssa couldn't finish the play. Smail Hadj Aïssa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Khair ad-Din Amsallem made an important save on a dangerous shot by Smail Hadj Aïssa in the 11th minute. Hamid Madjer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krim Larbes in the 13th minute of the match. Khair ad-Din Amsallem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehdi Belhadj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Fergani Hamdani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute Fergani Hamdani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamid Madjer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hamid Madjer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Krim Larbes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Cut Off AFC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Hamid Madjer hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Pembroke Pines FC's Abdelmalek Abbas broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Zoheir Benaouf hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Krim Larbes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 45 minutes, Smail Hadj Aïssa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pembroke Pines FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Smail Hadj Aïssa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hamid Madjer during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Cut Off AFC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Hamid Madjer hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Krim Larbes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Smail Hadj Aïssa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pembroke Pines FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Smail Hadj Aïssa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Fergani Hamdani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 56 minutes into the match, Pembroke Pines FC's Mehdi Belhadj sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Khair ad-Din Amsallem narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fergani Hamdani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Hamid Madjer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Fergani Hamdani managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cut Off AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fergani Hamdani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hamid Madjer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cut Off AFC's goalkeeper Khair ad-Din Amsallem, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 66 minutes, Smail Hadj Aïssa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pembroke Pines FC and the Cut Off AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 66th minute, Smail Hadj Aïssa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hamid Madjer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krim Larbes, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. When Smail Hadj Aïssa came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Pembroke Pines FC fans jumped to their feet. Mehdi Belhadj might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Khair ad-Din Amsallem. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehdi Belhadj ran back to his position shaking his head. If Mehdi Belhadj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdelaziz Benarbia during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A hard shot by Meziane Banouas from long distance, 87 minutes into the match, got Hamid Madjer's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Krim Larbes was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 91st minute. Cut Off AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Zoheir Benaouf charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zoheir Benaouf the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Pembroke Pines FC's Zoheir Benaouf got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Fergani Hamdani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the game, Fergani Hamdani cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Hamid Madjer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
