With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thelma Hamrouche in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tedj Belloumi saved Rancho Cordova AFC from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Khalida Benida managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rancho Cordova AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Khalida Benida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mouloud Lamine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmed Boniche struck a weak shot in the 90th minute.
