In the 26th minute Abdelmalek Hadjadj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salah Hanister saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mohamed Boniche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mohamed Boniche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fadhil Brahimi in the 95th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frantz Djeballi got free with Salah Hanister in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over Hereford AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lake Carmel throughout the match.
