Spectators: 8680 (Terracing: 6500, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 180) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abderrachid Bourebbou took the kick off in the first half of the match. Guillaume Laurent Benmabrouk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. After a defensive mix-up in THE OLD BOYS's zone, Abderrachid Bourebbou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hamid Morceli came out of the goal and Abderrachid Bourebbou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Guillaume Laurent Benmabrouk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chih Dahleb made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rabah Timsit in the 23rd minute. Rabah Timsit might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chih Dahleb. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rabah Timsit ran back to his position shaking his head. Chih Dahleb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rabah Timsit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Garfield Dream Team's Chih Dahleb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelkader Merbah in the 26th minute of play. Chih Dahleb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelkader Merbah, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Garfield Dream Team's zone, Guillaume Laurent Benmabrouk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rabah Timsit was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of THE OLD BOYS booed when Garfield Dream Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karim Zidane didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rabah Timsit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, Rabah Timsit had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chih Dahleb. Garfield Dream Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rabah Timsit was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 69th match minute, Garfield Dream Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lakhdar Laref to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute of the match Ismael Belloumi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chih Dahleb skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 76 minutes, Abdelkader Merbah managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. THE OLD BOYS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdelkader Merbah was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of THE OLD BOYS booed when Garfield Dream Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdelhamid Horr didn't get a good kick on the ball. A nice corner shot did that Ismael Belloumi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Chih Dahleb quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Abdelhamid Horr hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the THE OLD BOYS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
