Mount Oliver AFC:s Ruperto Iraunkor showed great skill when he stopped Mohamed Madani:s penalty. Mohamed Madani's late challenge caught a Mount Oliver AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mohamed Madani helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pilot's Mohamed Madani got a free kick in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Ruperto Iraunkor was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hocine Touhami showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 51 minute of play.
