Maryfield AFC's Vincent Velazquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miquel Murphy in the 7th minute of play. When Kedgwick FC's Miquel Murphy in 7 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Vincent Velazquez guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Benito Parrish fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justin Weathers having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Maryfield AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jean Kraft came free, but Vincent Velazquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute Miquel Murphy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincent Velazquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Kedgwick FC's Jean Kraft nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vincent Velazquez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Vincent Velazquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean Kraft, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If Jarrett Locke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Justin Weathers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarrett Locke in the 33rd minute of the match. Roderick Vincent kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Vincent Velazquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean Kraft, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jean Kraft received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Vincent Velazquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Maryfield AFC's zone, Jean Kraft stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vincent Velazquez came out of the goal and Jean Kraft tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Maryfield AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kedgwick FC were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jarrett Locke to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Jarrett Locke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maryfield AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jarrett Locke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Whitney Henrichon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jean Kraft got free with Vincent Velazquez in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vincent Velazquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miquel Murphy in the 63rd minute of the match. Vincent Velazquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miquel Murphy in the 66th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Jean Kraft put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Vincent Velazquez. Jarrett Locke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Justin Weathers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jean Kraft sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kedgwick FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
