Booker Donovan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Kaplan, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Church in the 18th minute of play forced Kirkella's goalkeeper Booker Donovan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Adan Oconnor came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Kirkella's Ross Galloway. But to his dismay, Ross Galloway quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Ross Galloway sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Erich Desjardins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adan Oconnor was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. When Guillermo Church fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A. Los Ñandues's protests and gave Guillermo Church a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th minute, Guillermo Church hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ross Galloway in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adan Oconnor saved C.A. Los Ñandues from getting behind. Adan Oconnor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ross Galloway went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 75th minute Guillermo Church shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Booker Donovan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Kirkella's goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo Church came free, but Booker Donovan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tobias Kaplan hit a great ball. In the 96th minute, Ross Galloway made a precise shot to the right of Adan Oconnor. C.A. Los Ñandues's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. There was no doubt that Kirkella were the better team. Kirkella's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
