The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Edmundo Felder the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FK Norman Vikingur protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Edmundo Felder had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FK Norman Vikingur! In the 6th minute there was a penalty for Tlell. Royal Perrault stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Shannon Posey. 0-1. Ezekiel Hubbard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Myron Mendez made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Hipolito Gamble sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute, Ezekiel Hubbard had to leave the field with a concussion. Kasey Joyner's late challenge caught a FK Norman Vikingur's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kasey Joyner helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th match minute, Tlell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kasey Joyner to maneuver through the defense. Shannon Posey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Driscoll, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, FK Norman Vikingur's goal looked a bit too open when Noe Morse came free, but Shannon Posey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Hipolito Gamble came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the FK Norman Vikingur fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hipolito Gamble couldn't finish the play. In the 35th minute, Cyrus Kohler fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Cyrus Kohler managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Norman Vikingur's supporters rose to their feet, but Cyrus Kohler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Myron Mendez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The FK Norman Vikingur players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tlell were winning 0-1.

53 minutes into the match, FK Norman Vikingur's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Driscoll came free, but Shannon Posey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Tlell booed when FK Norman Vikingur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Gamble didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 74 played minutes, Tlell's Royal Perrault shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Shannon Posey came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tlell reached it. After some careless play in the Tlell defense, Hipolito Gamble kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Myron Mendez. The Tlell fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Myron Mendez should have stopped the shot. When Kasey Joyner was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 82 minutes had been played. If Cyrus Kohler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cyrus Kohler struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Myron Mendez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Norman Vikingur. Cyrus Kohler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FK Norman Vikingur's Désiré Zapata got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tlell succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though FK Norman Vikingur had controlled the match.
