The tension between the Savanne and the Burr FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th minute, Benton Brock made a precise shot to the right of Mark Erickson. Savanne's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Bruno Metz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asa Narcisse having to interfere. Danilo Seals charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 30th minute Bruno Metz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asa Narcisse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Bruno Metz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th minute, Hayden Harrison got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Burr FC's Asa Narcisse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Metz in the 39th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bruno Metz in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Asa Narcisse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 41 minutes, Bobbie Garnier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Burr FC and the Savanne players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 41st minute, Bobbie Garnier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Burr FC defense, Bruno Metz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Asa Narcisse. The Burr FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Asa Narcisse should have stopped the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bruno Metz was the one to do the kick off. If Bruno Metz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Burr FC's zone, Patrick Baggett stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Asa Narcisse came out of the goal and Patrick Baggett tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Bruno Metz came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Savanne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruno Metz couldn't finish the play. 61 minutes into the match, Savanne's goal looked a bit too open when Benton Brock came free, but Mark Erickson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Asa Narcisse made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hiram Hamm in the 65th minute. After 65 played minutes Burr FC got a freekick which was hit by Bobbie Garnier. If Bruno Metz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orlando Gunn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 71 in the game by Bruno Metz from a close distance when the talented Asa Narcisse managed to make a qualified save. Burr FC's players were relieved. Burr FC's Asa Narcisse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Burr FC from getting a goal against them. 76 minutes in the game, Bruno Metz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Asa Narcisse having to interfere. Asa Narcisse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hiram Hamm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Bruno Metz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Savanne's Hiram Hamm got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Bruno Metz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Asa Narcisse was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. After having played for 87 minutes, Patrick Baggett managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Savanne's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrick Baggett was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hiram Hamm in the 91st minute of play forced Burr FC's goalkeeper Asa Narcisse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Burr FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Savanne had controlled the match.
