If Donnie Berger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Renaud Britt made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Clint Trevino sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 97 minutes, Clint Trevino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alfonso Davis FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clint Trevino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfonso Davis FC played a much better game than Edmonton Elks and deserved their victory. The Edmonton Elks players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
