Kill-Animals's supporters crossed their fingers, but Asa Andrade was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Freddy Crain managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kill-Animals's supporters rose to their feet, but Freddy Crain was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bobbie Ludwig breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gerald Keys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Lashburn's Bobbie Ludwig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asa Andrade in the 23rd minute of play. Johnson Traylor's late challenge caught a Kill-Animals's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kill-Animals's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gerald Keys 33 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gerald Keys stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Moises Wright during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67thth minute of the game Asa Andrade who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lashburn's Bobbie Ludwig was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 70th minute Johnson Traylor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phil Darling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kill-Animals's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Lashburn had won, even though Kill-Animals had held more of the ball.
