The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 3 minutes, Loic Roberson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Charles-Henri Lequeux charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Landrienne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CF Tétraultville the free kick. In the 27th minute, Landrienne's Odis Kilgore ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Matias Villaspasa. Matias Villaspasa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Kelly Conroy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seth Rhodes, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Kelly Conroy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damien Castillo went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 34th minute Damien Castillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kelly Conroy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute of the match Landrienne got a corner. CF Tétraultville's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. David Werner ran over to the corner to take the kick. David Werner made a great header on Landrienne's corner, it was just that CF Tétraultville's Matias Villaspasa managed to reach the ball for a save. 43 minutes into the game, CF Tétraultville's Man Holliday nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kelly Conroy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damien Castillo in the 46th minute of play forced Landrienne's goalkeeper Kelly Conroy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Kelly Conroy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damien Castillo in the 52nd minute of play. If Carmen Kincaid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Landrienne's Kelly Conroy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Landrienne from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Damien Castillo took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Kelly Conroy to make any attempt to save it. Seth Rhodes took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kelly Conroy. Kelly Conroy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. A collision led to CF Tétraultville getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Damien Castillo hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Odis Kilgore managed to get in a good position for a shot. Landrienne's supporters rose to their feet, but Odis Kilgore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matias Villaspasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Man Holliday who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Kelly Conroy when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, CF Tétraultville's Seth Rhodes got a free kick in the 86th minute. Carmen Kincaid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Villaspasa having to interfere. Matias Villaspasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Odis Kilgore went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. 94 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when CF Tétraultville's Damien Castillo fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head.
