To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th minute, Charles-Henri Lequeux hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matias Villaspasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Māris Valtenbergs in the 7th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, CF Tétraultville's goal looked a bit too open when Konstantinos Paltoudenios came free, but Matias Villaspasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Māris Valtenbergs hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. CF Tétraultville's Damien Castillo got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Man Holliday received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Igor Kaczorowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Man Holliday had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Kaczorowski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Damien Castillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 21 minute of play. Matias Villaspasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Māris Valtenbergs, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After a rather tough play, CF Tétraultville's Mavrudi Tanov got a free kick in the 31st minute. Giorgos Varvitsiotis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Matias Villaspasa. CF Tétraultville's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Jasper's goalkeeper Igor Kaczorowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Man Holliday. After 43 played minutes Jasper got a freekick which was hit by Konstantinos Paltoudenios. In the 44th minute, Damien Castillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Māris Valtenbergs notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of CF Tétraultville's Matias Villaspasa. Matias Villaspasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Konstantinos Paltoudenios stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. CF Tétraultville's Man Holliday got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 59th minute of the match, Konstantinos Paltoudenios tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Matias Villaspasa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A hard shot by Edwardo Andrade from long distance, 60 minutes into the match, got Matias Villaspasa's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Man Holliday had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Man Holliday sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 71st minute Damien Castillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Kaczorowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seth Rhodes in the 73rd minute of play forced Jasper's goalkeeper Igor Kaczorowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Māris Valtenbergs's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Matias Villaspasa firmly grabbed it by the left post.
