Spectators: 9225 (Terracing: 6920, Seating: 2122, VIP seats: 183) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Charly Beaud started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charly Beaud in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matias Villaspasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Summerland FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Laverne Wesley in the 4th minute. CF Tétraultville's Man Holliday managed to work through Summerland FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Man Holliday dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. If Carlton Davignon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CF Tétraultville's Matias Villaspasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brooks Hagen in the 16th minute of play. Summerland FC were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after CF Tétraultville's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Laverne Wesley took the corner. Matias Villaspasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charly Beaud in the 24th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Summerland FC's goal looked a bit too open when Seth Rhodes came free, but Jorne Volders reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matias Villaspasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brooks Hagen in the 29th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Damien Castillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jorne Volders. Summerland FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damien Castillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Mavrudi Tanov fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CF Tétraultville's protests and gave Mavrudi Tanov a yellow card for diving instead. Brooks Hagen hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Jorne Volders took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Seth Rhodes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorne Volders showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seth Rhodes in the 42nd minute of the match. After 43 played minutes Summerland FC got a freekick which was hit by Alonso Rangel. Jorne Volders acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 44th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Shawn Mayer. A collision led to CF Tétraultville getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Seth Rhodes hit a great ball. Laverne Wesley kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Summerland FC's Théodore Ménard was substituted for Carlton Davignon. Man Holliday received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jorne Volders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CF Tétraultville were furious when Micheal Andrade was red carded, 56 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 56th match minute, CF Tétraultville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Micheal Andrade to maneuver through the defense. Alonso Rangel's late challenge caught a CF Tétraultville's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alonso Rangel helped the player get up and apologised. After 59 played minutes Summerland FC got a freekick which was hit by Alonso Rangel. Matias Villaspasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charly Beaud in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute Summerland FC were awarded a corner. Laverne Wesley went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Laverne Wesley almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CF Tétraultville's Matias Villaspasa did a great save. Matias Villaspasa was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Lyndon Schaffer capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lyndon Schaffer really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. With an all-out effort, Summerland FC's Matias Villaspasa threw himself towards the right post 75 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Brooks Hagen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. CF Tétraultville's Matias Villaspasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Théodore Ménard in the 83rd minute of play. Charly Beaud was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 86th minute. Summerland FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Charly Beaud's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Matias Villaspasa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 93rd minute, Hans Snyder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matias Villaspasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lyndon Schaffer in the 97th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Summerland FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
