Marquis Frank took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Royce Rodriquez. Royce Rodriquez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Royce Rodriquez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antwan Gallagher's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marquis Frank got free with Royce Rodriquez in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marshrose's Royce Rodriquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sal Leal in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute of the match DOE FC got a corner. Marshrose's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tyler Bowser ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lawrence Hopson in the 21st minute of play forced DOE FC's goalkeeper Kirk Lafond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, DOE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lawrence Hopson came free, but Kirk Lafond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 28 in the game by Marquis Frank from a close distance when the talented Royce Rodriquez managed to make a qualified save. Marshrose's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marquis Frank got free with Royce Rodriquez in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Royce Rodriquez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marquis Frank in the 35th minute. DOE FC's Tyler Bowser was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Royce Rodriquez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Marquis Frank came free with the goalkeeper in the 38th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Royce Rodriquez could save by the left post. 39 minutes into the match, Marshrose's goalkeeper Royce Rodriquez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marquis Frank. In the 43rd minute, David Brochu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, DOE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lawrence Hopson came free, but Kirk Lafond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute Lawrence Hopson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kirk Lafond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antwan Gallagher to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Antwan Gallagher ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Royce Rodriquez was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After a rather tough play, Marshrose's Ruben Le got a free kick in the 57th minute. Marquis Frank fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Royce Rodriquez having to interfere. Norbert Garland did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-1 to the left of a surprised Kirk Lafond 62 minutes into the match. Antwan Gallagher blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Royce Rodriquez having to make a save. After 65 played minutes DOE FC got a freekick which was hit by Arlen Dixon. After 66 minutes, Norbert Garland mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marshrose and the DOE FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Marshrose getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Norbert Garland hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Norbert Garland kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kirk Lafond. That made the score 3-2 in the 68 minute of play. If Antwan Gallagher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81stth minute of the game Antwan Gallagher who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marshrose's Royce Rodriquez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 83 minutes into the game, Wilber Padgett threw the ball into play from the sideline. DOE FC's Marquis Frank quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 84th match minute, Marshrose was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walker Bird to maneuver through the defense. Marshrose's Royce Rodriquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antwan Gallagher in the 85th minute of play. Royce Rodriquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alain Ramsey, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. The long shot by Lonnie Chassé in the 94th minute really tested Kirk Lafond's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. DOE FC's Kirk Lafond proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save DOE FC from getting a goal against them. DOE FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
