The coaching staff of PUKOHAS FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ali Dogan had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Toronto Marlies FC's attentive Fredrick Abrams managed to snatch the ball when Iréné Patel made a throw-in in the 96th minute of the game. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Toronto Marlies FC were victorious despite being under pressure from PUKOHAS FC for much of the match.
