The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aistis Basys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazimierz Boniek in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute Seth Wilburn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Buford Lim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Bearie Tahl FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kazimierz Boniek came free, but Aistis Basys reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zlatan Junior in the 11th minute of play forced Bearie Tahl FC's goalkeeper Aistis Basys to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bearie Tahl FC's goalkeeper Aistis Basys, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gracias a la Pelota - DAM's Buford Lim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 蔡政夕 in the 14th minute of play. The Bearie Tahl FC fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Bearie Tahl FC's Seth Wilburn looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seth Wilburn in the 21st minute of play forced Gracias a la Pelota - DAM's goalkeeper Buford Lim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Bearie Tahl FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Salah Mohamed hit a great ball. In the 26thth minute of the game Zlatan Junior who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bearie Tahl FC's Aistis Basys was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Bearie Tahl FC's Seth Wilburn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Buford Lim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kazimierz Boniek in the 31st minute of play forced Bearie Tahl FC's goalkeeper Aistis Basys to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aistis Basys came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Gracias a la Pelota - DAM's Kazimierz Boniek. But to his dismay, Kazimierz Boniek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Buford Lim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 黄平军 in the 33rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kazimierz Boniek in the 37th minute of play forced Bearie Tahl FC's goalkeeper Aistis Basys to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Hélder Bastos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute Zlatan Junior shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aistis Basys saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 蔡政夕 to make the kick off. Gracias a la Pelota - DAM were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Bearie Tahl FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zlatan Junior took the corner. Hélder Bastos made in the 58th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Mark Hallgren however managed to control. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zlatan Junior got free with Aistis Basys in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Buford Lim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 蔡政夕, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Gracias a la Pelota - DAM getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Horst Schulitz hit a great ball. Gracias a la Pelota - DAM's Elwood Sykes was substituted for Kazimierz Boniek. Bearie Tahl FC made a substitution. Gabriel Dagenais replaced Marcus Contreras. Gracias a la Pelota - DAM's Buford Lim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seth Wilburn in the 73rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 蔡政夕 in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Buford Lim saved Gracias a la Pelota - DAM from getting behind. In the 78th minute, 袁坤烽 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gracias a la Pelota - DAM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. 81 minutes into the match, Gracias a la Pelota - DAM's goal looked a bit too open when 蔡政夕 came free, but Buford Lim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 81 minutes of play, Bearie Tahl FC's 蔡政夕 made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Buford Lim was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aistis Basys made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sylvester Grubbs in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute Gracias a la Pelota - DAM were awarded a corner. Elwood Sykes went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Gracias a la Pelota - DAM's corner Elwood Sykes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aistis Basys quite easily take care of the ball. Mark Hallgren kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Buford Lim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 蔡政夕 in the 92nd minute of play. Elwood Sykes made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 93rdth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Aistis Basys would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Sylvester Grubbs might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aistis Basys. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sylvester Grubbs ran back to his position shaking his head. For all the effort they put into the match, the Gracias a la Pelota - DAM players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bearie Tahl FC.
