The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabrizio Catapano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Palacios in the 13th minute of the match. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chuquisaca's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Duarte Abarca was slow to take the kick. During this time Real Potosí's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Duarte Abarca got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fabrizio Catapano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Abarca in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilen Abeitia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 26 minutes into the match, Real Potosí's goal looked a bit too open when Cyprian Soroka came free, but Gilen Abeitia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bela Abeitia got in the 81st a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Fabrizio Catapano handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. If Neron Abastas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilen Abeitia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petr Červinka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 94 minutes, Werner Colvin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chuquisaca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Werner Colvin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 96 played minutes Bela Abeitia rounded Chuquisaca's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Real Potosí walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
