Hiumboys FC's Tarzan De la Cuadra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bela Abeitia in the 3rd minute of play. Tarzan De la Cuadra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bela Abeitia, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Hiumboys FC's goalkeeper Tarzan De la Cuadra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Neron Abastas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paavo Václavek in the 17th minute of play forced Real Potosí's goalkeeper Gilen Abeitia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Real Potosí's Tarzan De la Cuadra threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bela Abeitia, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tarzan De la Cuadra made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Bela Abeitia sent off a good shot on target. Beto Alonso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Tarzan De la Cuadra made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Beto Alonso got free with Tarzan De la Cuadra in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th minute Real Potosí were awarded a corner. Baldemer Camarasa went to the cornerflag to take it. Arias Abar thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Tarzan De la Cuadra, a very annoying self made goal in the 25th minute which led to 1-0. 27 minutes into the match, Hiumboys FC's goalkeeper Tarzan De la Cuadra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ezequiel Palacios. The crowd rose to their feet as Real Potosí's Neron Abastas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tarzan De la Cuadra. That made the score 2-0 after 27 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neron Abastas in the 35th minute of play forced Hiumboys FC's goalkeeper Tarzan De la Cuadra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Hiumboys FC's Tarzan De la Cuadra got control of the ball when Beto Alonso tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 40th minute, Rosendo Abancens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tarzan De la Cuadra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Neron Abastas in the 42nd minute. The supporters of Real Potosí booed when Hiumboys FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomás Terra didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Eguen Abecia from long distance, 46 minutes into the match, got Tarzan De la Cuadra's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Ezequiel Palacios hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Neron Abastas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Beto Alonso scored 3-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tarzan De la Cuadra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tarzan De la Cuadra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bela Abeitia in the 61st minute of play. Paavo Václavek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Gilen Abeitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tarzan De la Cuadra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bela Abeitia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute Bela Abeitia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tarzan De la Cuadra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Real Potosí defense, Paavo Václavek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gilen Abeitia. The Real Potosí fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilen Abeitia should have stopped the shot. Tarzan De la Cuadra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beto Alonso in the 73rd minute of play. Gilen Abeitia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leons Spickiņš, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Real Potosí's Gilen Abeitia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Real Potosí from getting a goal against them. In the 88th minute, Hiumboys FC's Leons Spickiņš dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. In the 94th minute Marques Abenda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tarzan De la Cuadra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
