When Håkan Rudkvist fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bayern Boliviano's protests and gave Håkan Rudkvist a yellow card for diving instead. Tarzan De la Cuadra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joannes Focquier in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bayern Boliviano's Gunnar Vestlund got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute of the match Roy Medina shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Antonio Giorgio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tarzan De la Cuadra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joannes Focquier in the 21st minute. Ramon Iztal's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Tarzan De la Cuadra skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Antonio Giorgio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Irinel Tatomir's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. When Cooper Schurter came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Bayern Boliviano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cooper Schurter couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Håkan Rudkvist in the 29th minute of play forced Hiumboys FC's goalkeeper Tarzan De la Cuadra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristi Chificeac hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Ronaldão Peres kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Antonio Giorgio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leons Spickiņš in the 45th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ramon Iztal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tarzan De la Cuadra. That made the score 2-0 in the 47 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ramon Iztal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tarzan De la Cuadra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joannes Focquier in the 52nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramon Iztal in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tarzan De la Cuadra saved Hiumboys FC from getting behind. Antonio Giorgio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paavo Václavek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hiumboys FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Roy Medina in the 56th minute. The corner led to Hiumboys FC's Leons Spickiņš getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Felipe Abendano replaced Joannes Focquier. 89 minutes into the match, Bayern Boliviano's goalkeeper Antonio Giorgio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leons Spickiņš. Tarzan De la Cuadra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Abendano in the 90th minute of the match. Tarzan De la Cuadra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Abendano in the 92nd minute of play.
