After a rather tough play, Acosta's Facundo Vargas got a free kick in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertol Orosco in the 6th minute of play forced Acosta's goalkeeper Damaso Abadia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Averias AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Wooten came free, but Urbasa Acipreste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Victor Wooten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acosta's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Wooten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urbasa Acipreste breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Victor Wootens short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Urbasa Acipreste to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience was convinced that Victor Wooten's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Urbasa Acipreste was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Acosta's Victor Wooten slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Urbasa Acipreste. That made the score 3-0 after 34 minutes of play. A collision led to Acosta getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Buddy Rich hit a great ball. 40 minutes into the match, Acosta's goal looked a bit too open when Bertol Orosco came free, but Damaso Abadia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Joaquin Cavero came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Acosta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquin Cavero couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bertol Orosco made a kick off. Iratze Hortero hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 55thth minute of the game Victor Wooten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Averias AFC's Urbasa Acipreste was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Urbasa Acipreste came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Acosta's Cristian Clemenz. But to his dismay, Cristian Clemenz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Damaso Abadia made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Lucián Cervantes sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertol Orosco in the 76th minute of play forced Acosta's goalkeeper Damaso Abadia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Cavero in the 80th minute of play forced Averias AFC's goalkeeper Urbasa Acipreste to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82ndth minute of the game Victor Wooten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Averias AFC's Urbasa Acipreste was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 87 minutes into the game, Bertol Orosco lined in a short shot 6-1 behind a frustrated Damaso Abadia. Urbasa Acipreste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Wooten in the 94th minute of play.
