Ruperto Salero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Masana having to interfere. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olivera AFC's goalkeeper Francho Figueruel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 19th match minute, Kraken FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Ceron to maneuver through the defense. When Ruperto Salero fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Olivera AFC's protests and gave Ruperto Salero a yellow card for diving instead. Francho Figueruel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Confesor Arada, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Olivera AFC's Alberto Lorenzana sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Miguel Masana narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mel Carradelo charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mel Carradelo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Etxahun Careaga hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Miguel Masana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Lorenzana in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Olivera AFC's Ruperto Salero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Miguel Masana narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Francho Figueruel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Confesor Arada in the 34th minute of the match. With a little luck, Olivera AFC's Francho Figueruel got control of the ball when Dante Anda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Miguel Masana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Lorenzana, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The supporters of Olivera AFC booed when Kraken FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Ceron didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olivera AFC were winning 0-1.

After a defensive mix-up in Kraken FC's zone, Ruperto Salero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Masana came out of the goal and Ruperto Salero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, Kraken FC's goalkeeper Miguel Masana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruperto Salero. Alberto Lorenzana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Miguel Masana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Lorenzana, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Kraken FC's Confesor Arada sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Francho Figueruel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 73rd minute Olivera AFC were awarded a corner. Xamo Respaldizar went to the cornerflag to take it. Gonsalvo Polo kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Alberto Lorenzana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oalo Horihuela during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alberto Lorenzana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miguel Masana having to make a save. After some careless play in the Kraken FC defense, Ruperto Salero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miguel Masana. The Kraken FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miguel Masana should have stopped the shot. Ruperto Salero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Miguel Masana made a huge save. Alberto Lorenzana struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Miguel Masana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olivera AFC. Javiero Pumarejo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 94 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of Kraken FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Olivera AFC:s goal. Miguel Masana had in the 96thth minute some difficulties stopping Xamo Respaldizar's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Kraken FC's Miguel Masana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Lorenzana in the 98th minute of play. Olivera AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
