Reyes Canelones FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cornelio Fuertes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Quin Quadros kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Toro Fernández had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iraitz Baena. Reyes Canelones FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Toro Fernández was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 21 minutes into the match, Toro Fernández notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Reyes Canelones FC's Iraitz Baena. Iraitz Baena was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Iraitz Baena came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Tigres F.C.'s Toro Fernández. But to his dismay, Toro Fernández quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Fuertes in the 30th minute of play forced Reyes Canelones FC's goalkeeper Iraitz Baena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the game, Tigres F.C.'s Cornelio Fuertes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iraitz Baena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. 35 minutes into the match, Toro Fernández notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Reyes Canelones FC's Iraitz Baena. Iraitz Baena was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Tigres F.C.'s Santiago Pescatori got a free kick in the 38th minute.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Toro Fernández was the one to do the kick off. Cornelio Fuertes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toro Fernández in the 53rd minute of play forced Reyes Canelones FC's goalkeeper Iraitz Baena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cornelio Fuertes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Iraitz Baena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Reyes Canelones FC's Iraitz Baena got control of the ball when Santiago Pescatori tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iraitz Baena made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Toro Fernández sent off a good shot on target. Toro Fernández who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Iraitz Baena when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Tigres F.C. booed when Reyes Canelones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sanchez Enterria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reyes Canelones FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Toro Fernández scored to the left of an out of position Iraitz Baena, making the score, 1-8. 70 minutes into the game, Bjorn Ironside was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tigres F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Reyes Canelones FC the free kick. Transito Ungia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Gines Vazan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Ethan Allen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gines Vazan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ihintza Riguero in the 76th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Reyes Canelones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Toro Fernández came free, but Iraitz Baena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Reyes Canelones FC's Iraitz Baena got control of the ball when Cornelio Fuertes tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Reyes Canelones FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Quin Quadros hit a great ball. A hard shot by Cornelio Fuertes from long distance, 85 minutes into the match, got Iraitz Baena's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Gines Vazan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Transito Ungia in the 87th minute of play. When Peruxu Elguea fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Reyes Canelones FC's protests and gave Peruxu Elguea a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Tigres F.C. booed when Reyes Canelones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peruxu Elguea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reyes Canelones FC's Iraitz Baena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Reyes Canelones FC from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd minute Bjorn Ironside shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iraitz Baena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cornelio Fuertes in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iraitz Baena saved Reyes Canelones FC from getting behind. When the final whistle sounded Tigres F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Reyes Canelones FC.
