The corner was taken by Berto Brito in the 22nd minute. The corner led Team Avatar's Berto Brito to fire away a dangerous shot which Meta Tirosh despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Team Avatar's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Isoba came free, but Christian Lamadrid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Olivar Loayza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Lamadrid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Charqueada FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Meta Ganas hit a great ball. Team Avatar's Christian Lamadrid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Ordoña in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Evaristo Isoba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christian Lamadrid. Team Avatar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evaristo Isoba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Gaston Ordoña scored 0-3 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christian Lamadrid, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Christian Lamadrid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Isoba in the 60th minute of play. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Team Avatar made a substitution. Felippe Manaut replaced Tono Escobedo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Seijon in the 90th minute of play forced Charqueada FC's goalkeeper Meta Tirosh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Charqueada FC's Evaristo Isoba dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. If Americo Capetillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Team Avatar fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Charqueada FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
