When Ekain Menendez came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Nacional fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ekain Menendez couldn't finish the play. Frederico Villaspasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Grabiel Escorcia's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Nacional's goalkeeper Cristiano Aveiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bruno Damiani. After 21 played minutes Golchevique got a freekick which was hit by Inacio Tomas. 23 minutes into the match, Golchevique's goal looked a bit too open when Grabiel Escorcia came free, but Frederico Villaspasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Grabiel Escorcia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frederico Villaspasa. Golchevique's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Grabiel Escorcia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 29th minute Grabiel Escorcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederico Villaspasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29thth minute of the game Grabiel Escorcia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Golchevique's Frederico Villaspasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bruno Damiani could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Cristiano Aveiro made a huge save. Cristiano Aveiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Inacio Tomas in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Golchevique's goalkeeper Frederico Villaspasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Grabiel Escorcia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frederico Villaspasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 39th minute, Grabiel Escorcia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nacional fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 41st minute, Florencio Galvan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frederico Villaspasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grabiel Escorcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Olimpiu Stroie kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Golchevique's zone, Andrea Heraso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frederico Villaspasa came out of the goal and Andrea Heraso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bruno Damiani made a kick off. In the 55th minute Grabiel Escorcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederico Villaspasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nacional's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Andrea Heraso in the 56th minute. The corner led to Nacional's Stuart Mayo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Golchevique's goal looked a bit too open when Grabiel Escorcia came free, but Frederico Villaspasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frederico Villaspasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grabiel Escorcia in the 63rd minute of play. After 67 minutes of play, Nacional's Grabiel Escorcia made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frederico Villaspasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Florencio Galvan hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After 71st play minutes Grabiel Escorcia shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Frederico Villaspasa and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 73rd minute, Carlos Bueno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frederico Villaspasa came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Nacional's Grabiel Escorcia. But to his dismay, Grabiel Escorcia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. The Golchevique fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Golchevique's Bruno Damiani looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xu Sha got free with Frederico Villaspasa in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Golchevique's Frederico Villaspasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grabiel Escorcia in the 87th minute of play. When Jardel Pinheiro fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Golchevique's protests and gave Jardel Pinheiro a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Golchevique's Jardel Pinheiro got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 90th minute, Grabiel Escorcia made a precise shot to the right of Frederico Villaspasa. Golchevique's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8. When Grabiel Escorcia in the 93rd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Frederico Villaspasa kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-9 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. When the match was over Nacional could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Golchevique throughout the match.
