Gaitán Monzón was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mikel Silva showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 26 minute of play. If Fidelio Formoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mikel Silva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Gaitán Monzón made a huge save.
