Rettmaking's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Juan Schnaidt scored to the left of an out of position Velasco Vásquez, making the score, 1-0. In the 7th minute, Leoncio Neculman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Mannhardt in the 9th minute of play forced Rettmaking's goalkeeper Velasco Vásquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the game, union española s.a.'s Stig Malmgren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Velasco Vásquez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. union española s.a. were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Rettmaking's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aristeo Potts took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Romulo Bilbo heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Velasco Vásquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Schnaidt, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Fidel Bruggink received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Velasco Vásquez came out and tried to block the shot, but Fidel Bruggink slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Mannhardt in the 27th minute of play forced Rettmaking's goalkeeper Velasco Vásquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Velasco Vásquez made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Stig Malmgren sent off a good shot on target. Stig Malmgren scored 4-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Velasco Vásquez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Rettmaking's Luis Javier Ducoing got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute, Stig Malmgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The union española s.a. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Rettmaking's Velasco Vásquez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Rettmaking from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leoncio Neculman to strike the kick off in the second half. Velasco Vásquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Schnaidt, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Ubaldo Mannhardt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stig Malmgren in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Velasco Vásquez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 60 minutes, Leopoldo Jacinto Diena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the union española s.a. and the Rettmaking players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, union española s.a.'s Leopoldo Jacinto Diena got a free kick in the 61st minute. Velasco Vásquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig Malmgren in the 70th minute of the match. Enrique Enoch made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Leoncio Neculman sent off a good shot on target. 74 minutes into the match, Stig Malmgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Velasco Vásquez. Rettmaking's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stig Malmgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Velasco Vásquez was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Juan Schnaidt took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Velasco Vásquez. Velasco Vásquez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. union española s.a. had played much better football throughout.
